2. Eligibility

"Account" means your registered Xiaoyinsi account.

"Content" means all materials available through the Services, including videos, articles, PDFs, images, software, code, research reports, indicators, databases, graphics, and educational materials.

"Course" means any online educational content offered by Xiaoyinsi.

"Digital Products" include software, indicators, APIs, downloadable files, PDFs, templates, AI outputs, research reports, datasets, and other digital content.

"Subscription" means any paid recurring membership or service.

"Community" includes Discord servers, forums, chat groups, comment sections, and any user interaction platform operated by Xiaoyinsi.

4. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, replace, or revise these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.

Material changes will become effective upon publication on our website unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

5. Account Registration

Certain Services require you to create an Account.

You agree to:

Keep your information updated.

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Accept responsibility for all activities under your Account.

You may not register multiple Accounts to circumvent restrictions.

You may not register an Account using false identities or impersonate another individual or organization.

6. Account Security

If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must immediately notify us.

Where Xiaoyinsi reasonably believes that unauthorized access, account sharing, fraudulent activity, identity misuse, or another security risk has occurred, Xiaoyinsi may, without prior notice, suspend or permanently deactivate the Account, restrict account functions, or terminate the Services.

We shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Xiaoyinsi reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to refuse service, reject registrations, suspend accounts, terminate subscriptions, or deny access to any individual or entity for any lawful reason.

Nothing in these Terms obligates Xiaoyinsi to continue providing Services to any particular user.

8. Limited License

Subject to your full compliance with these Terms and timely payment of all applicable fees, Xiaoyinsi grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

No title, ownership, copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, database right, or any other proprietary right is transferred to you.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Xiaoyinsi.

The license granted under these Terms automatically terminates immediately upon any violation of these Terms.

9. Personal Use Only

All Courses, Digital Products, Software, Reports, APIs, AI outputs, and Services are licensed solely for the individual purchaser.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Xiaoyinsi, you shall not permit any third party to access your account or any purchased content.

Your purchase does not authorize use by:

family members or spouses;

friends;

classmates;

colleagues;

investment clubs;

trading groups;

corporations;

educational institutions;

consulting firms;

training organizations;

any other individual or entity.

10. Refund Policy for Paid Educational and Digital Products

Xiaoyinsi’s online courses, membership services, PDF materials, research reports, software, indicators, templates, data products, AI-generated content, and other paid educational products delivered digitally are provided immediately, may be copied, and generally cannot be returned after access or use.

Once any such product has been purchased, paid for, activated, downloaded, or delivered, the transaction is deemed complete. No cancellation, return, exchange, or refund will be provided.

For automatically renewing or recurring subscription services, users may cancel future renewals. However, cancellation will take effect only from the next billing period, and fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.

Before completing a purchase, users should carefully review the product description, features, applicable conditions, and refund policy. By completing payment, users acknowledge that they understand and agree to this refund policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services are exclusively owned by Xiaoyinsi or its licensors.

Protected materials include, but are not limited to:

online courses;

videos;

livestream recordings;

PDFs;

articles;

trading strategies;

market research;

AI-generated reports;

indicators;

calculators;

APIs;

databases;

source code;

website design;

logos;

trademarks;

graphics;

charts;

software;

downloadable files;

templates;

prompts;

datasets;

educational materials.

Such materials are protected by copyright laws, trademark laws, trade secret laws, database protection laws, and other applicable intellectual property laws worldwide.

12. Strict Anti-Piracy Policy

Any unauthorized copying, recording, downloading, redistribution, publication, resale, sharing, or disclosure of Xiaoyinsi Content is strictly prohibited.

Without limiting the foregoing, Users shall not:

screen record;

audio record;

photograph;

screenshot;

mirror displays;

livestream;

rebroadcast;

duplicate;

print;

cache;

archive;

redistribute;

sell;

rent;

sublicense;

upload;

download using automated tools.

Any violation constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Users shall not upload or distribute Xiaoyinsi Content on any platform, including but not limited to:

Xianyu

Taobao

Pinduoduo

Baidu Netdisk

Aliyun Drive

Google Drive

Dropbox

OneDrive

Discord

GitHub

YouTube

Facebook

TikTok

WeChat

Forums

Torrent websites

Cloud storage services

Any public or private platform.

Xiaoyinsi prohibits account sharing.

We may use:

IP analysis

device fingerprinting

browser identification

behavioral analytics

geographic analysis

concurrent session detection

to identify unauthorized account sharing.

If unauthorized account sharing is detected, Xiaoyinsi may immediately suspend or permanently deactivate the Account, revoke access to Courses and related Content, deny a refund, or permanently terminate the Services.

15. Artificial Intelligence Use Restrictions

Without Xiaoyinsi's prior written consent, no person may use all or any part of Xiaoyinsi Content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, test, develop, or improve an artificial intelligence or machine learning model; build a knowledge base or other structured information repository; create a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system; generate vector embeddings; develop or operate an AI agent; create or curate a dataset; create a prompt library; or use the Content for any substantially similar technology.

16. Digital Watermark and Content Tracking

To protect our intellectual property and prevent unauthorized distribution, Xiaoyinsi may implement visible or invisible security technologies, including but not limited to:

Dynamic digital watermarks;

User-specific identifiers;

Invisible forensic watermarks;

Download fingerprints;

PDF tracking identifiers;

Video fingerprinting;

AI-generated trace identifiers;

Metadata embedding;

Access logs;

Device fingerprints.

Each copy of our Content may contain identifiers uniquely associated with your account.

You acknowledge and agree that Xiaoyinsi may use such identifiers to investigate suspected copyright infringement and determine the original source of any unauthorized disclosure.

You shall not attempt to remove, obscure, alter, crop, bypass, disable, or tamper with any watermark or identification mechanism.

17. Unauthorized Automated Access and Data Extraction

To protect the security, stability, and intellectual property of the Services, you may not use any automated means or similar technologies to access, interact with, monitor, extract, copy, download, reproduce, or collect any Content or data from the Services in any manner that is not expressly authorized by Xiaoyinsi.

Without limiting the foregoing, you shall not:

systematically collect, harvest, extract, or copy Content or data from the Services;

reproduce, archive, mirror, or create substantially similar copies of the Services or any portion thereof;

automate the downloading of Courses, Digital Products, Reports, Videos, PDFs, APIs, or other protected Content;

circumvent or interfere with authentication mechanisms, access controls, technical protection measures, or reasonable usage limitations implemented by Xiaoyinsi;

use the Services in any manner that unreasonably burdens, disrupts, impairs, or compromises the operation, security, or availability of the Services.

This Section applies regardless of the technology or method used, including any automated software, scripts, bots, browser automation tools, artificial intelligence systems, or other substantially similar technologies.

Nothing in this Section restricts your normal personal use of the Services in accordance with these Terms.

18. Legitimate Search Engines

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prohibit the ordinary indexing, caching, or display of publicly accessible pages by legitimate search engines in accordance with generally accepted internet standards.

Such indexing does not grant any ownership, license, or other intellectual property rights in Xiaoyinsi Content.

Except for ordinary search engine indexing, no person or entity may reproduce, systematically extract, redistribute, commercially exploit, or otherwise use Xiaoyinsi Content without Xiaoyinsi's prior written authorization.

Nothing in this Section shall be interpreted as permitting access to non-public content, paid content, subscriber-only content, Courses, Digital Products, APIs, or any other protected materials beyond what is ordinarily available to the general public.

For the avoidance of doubt, Xiaoyinsi welcomes the lawful indexing of its publicly accessible pages by legitimate search engines as part of the normal operation of the internet. Nothing in these Terms is intended to discourage or restrict such lawful indexing.

19. Reverse Engineering

Except where prohibited by applicable law, you shall not:

reverse engineer;

decompile;

disassemble;

decode;

decrypt;

reproduce source code;

derive source code;

discover algorithms;

discover prompts;

discover models;

bypass security measures.

20. API Usage Restrictions

If Xiaoyinsi provides APIs or developer interfaces, you agree that you shall not:

exceed rate limits;

share API keys;

sublicense API access;

scrape API outputs;

resell API responses;

build competing products using API data;

create mirrors of Xiaoyinsi datasets.

We reserve the right to revoke API access immediately.

21. Copyright Enforcement

Xiaoyinsi actively monitors unauthorized use of its intellectual property.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected infringement using technical, contractual, and legal means.

Where appropriate, we may:

submit copyright complaints;

issue cease-and-desist letters;

submit DMCA notices;

notify payment providers;

notify hosting providers;

notify search engines;

seek injunctions;

commence arbitration;

initiate legal proceedings.

22. Evidence Preservation

You acknowledge that Xiaoyinsi may preserve logs, screenshots, download records, device information, login history, IP addresses, payment records, and other technical evidence for the purpose of investigating violations and enforcing these Terms, subject to applicable law.

23. Actions and Enforcement Measures Following a Breach

If you violate these Terms, Xiaoyinsi may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

suspend or terminate your account;

revoke all licenses granted to you;

permanently deny future access;

remove or disable access to purchased content;

refuse refunds;

demand deletion of infringing materials;

seek injunctive relief;

pursue damages and all other remedies available under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits Xiaoyinsi's right to pursue any civil, administrative, or criminal remedies available under applicable law.

24. No Public Disclosure of Course Content

Except as expressly authorized by Xiaoyinsi in writing, you shall not publicly disclose, publish, summarize, reproduce, or otherwise make available any substantial portion of any Course or Content.

This restriction applies regardless of whether the disclosure consists of original materials or user-created summaries.

Without limitation, you shall not publicly publish:

Course outlines;

Lesson summaries;

Chapter summaries;

Presentation slides;

Course notes;

PDFs;

Worksheets;

Trading methodologies;

Proprietary investment frameworks;

Proprietary indicators;

Trading models;

Educational graphics;

Screenshots;

Whiteboard notes;

Flowcharts;

Checklists;

Prompt libraries;

AI-generated summaries;

Structured knowledge bases;

Frequently Asked Questions, knowledge bases, MCP- or RAG-based materials, Notion or Obsidian workspaces, GitHub wikis, other wikis, blogs, newsletters, or similar materials derived primarily from our Courses.

You further agree not to disclose any information that would enable a third party to obtain substantially the same educational or commercial value as our Courses without purchasing lawful access.

25. Derivative Works

You shall not create derivative works based upon Xiaoyinsi Content without prior written consent.

Derivative works include, but are not limited to:

rewritten courses;

translated courses;

summarized courses;

AI-generated versions;

enhanced versions;

annotated versions;

condensed versions;

interactive versions;

searchable databases;

prompt libraries;

flashcards;

quizzes;

mind maps; searchable databases; AI agents; custom GPTs; Claude Projects; or MCP servers.

Such derivative works may not be publicly released, sold, distributed, or commercialized.

26. Competitive Use Prohibited

You shall not use the Services or any Content to develop, improve, train, support, benchmark, market, or operate any product or service that competes with Xiaoyinsi.

This includes creating competing:

educational platforms;

financial courses;

trading communities;

AI investment assistants;

market research products;

trading indicators;

software;

APIs;

databases.

27. Proprietary Educational Materials

Certain Courses or other educational materials may contain Xiaoyinsi's proprietary teaching systems, investment frameworks, market research methods, analytical processes, data-processing methods, business know-how, artificial intelligence workflows, prompts, internal knowledge systems, or other proprietary information.

Such information constitutes important business assets and proprietary materials of Xiaoyinsi. Without Xiaoyinsi's prior written consent, you may not publicly disclose, distribute, or use such information for commercial purposes.

28. Circumvention of Technical Protection Measures Prohibited

You may not circumvent, bypass, disable, interfere with, or defeat any technical protection measure implemented by Xiaoyinsi, including but not limited to:

download restrictions;

digital rights management (DRM);

digital watermarks;

API rate limits;

membership access controls;

geographic restrictions;

browser or device restrictions;

access controls;

token verification; and

license verification mechanisms.

Any attempt to circumvent, crack, disable, interfere with, or destroy any of the foregoing technical protection measures constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. 条款变更

小隐寺有权根据业务发展、法律法规变化或运营需要，随时修改、更新或替换本协议。

除另有说明外，修改后的协议自其在本网站发布之日起生效。

修改后的协议生效后，您继续使用本网站服务，即视为接受修改后的协议。

5. 账户注册

部分服务需要您注册账户后方可使用。

您同意：

提供真实、准确、完整的信息；

及时更新账户资料；

妥善保管账户信息和登录凭证；

10. 知识付费及数字产品退款政策

小隐寺提供的在线课程、会员服务、PDF 资料、研究报告、软件、指标、模板、数据产品、人工智能生成内容及其他以数字形式交付的知识付费产品，具有交付即时、可复制且使用后难以返还的特点。

上述产品一经购买、付款、开通、下载或交付，均视为交易完成，不支持取消、退换或退款。

对于自动续费或周期性订阅服务，用户可以取消后续续费，但取消仅对下一计费周期生效；当前计费周期内已经支付的费用不予退还。

用户在付款前应仔细阅读产品说明、功能介绍、适用条件和退款规则。完成付款即表示用户已经理解并同意本退款政策。

11. 知识产权

14. 账户共享

小隐寺禁止任何形式的账户共享。

为识别未经授权的账户共享，小隐寺可能采用以下技术或信息：

浏览器指纹

设备指纹

登录记录

登录地理位置分析

行为分析

并发会话检测

以及其他异常使用识别措施。

如发现未经授权的账户共享，小隐寺有权立即：

暂停或永久停用账户；

拒绝退款；

永久终止向相关用户提供服务。

15. 人工智能使用限制

未经小隐寺事先书面同意，任何人不得将小隐寺内容的全部或任何部分用于：

训练、微调或评估人工智能或机器学习模型；

建立知识库或其他结构化信息库；

构建检索增强生成（RAG）系统；

生成向量嵌入（Embedding）；

开发、测试或改进人工智能模型；

开发或运行人工智能智能体（AI Agent）；

创建或整理数据集（Dataset）；

创建提示词库（Prompt Library）或用于其他实质上类似的技术。

16. 数字水印与内容追踪

为保护知识产权并防止未经授权的传播，小隐寺有权采取包括但不限于以下安全与追踪技术：

动态数字水印；

用户专属标识符；

不可见取证水印（Forensic Watermark）；

下载指纹；

PDF 专属识别码；

视频指纹；

人工智能生成内容追踪标识；

元数据嵌入；

登录日志；

设备指纹。

您购买、下载、查看或导出的内容可能包含与您的账户唯一对应的识别信息。

您确认并同意，小隐寺有权利用上述技术追查涉嫌侵权内容的来源，并将相关信息用于内部调查及依法维权。

任何试图删除、遮挡、裁剪、修改、规避、破解或破坏数字水印及其他识别机制的行为，均构成严重违约。

17. 未经授权的自动化访问与数据提取

为保障本网站服务的安全、稳定和知识产权，未经小隐寺事先书面授权，您不得使用自动化方式或类似技术访问、操作、监控、提取、复制、下载、重制或收集本网站的任何内容或数据。

包括但不限于：

系统性采集、抓取、提取或复制本网站内容或数据；

复制、归档、镜像或重制本网站的全部内容或任何实质性部分；

自动下载课程、数字产品、研究报告、视频、PDF、API 数据或其他受保护内容；

本条不限制您依据本协议对本网站服务进行正常、合理的个人使用。

18. 合法搜索引擎

本协议无意禁止合法搜索引擎依照公认的互联网标准，对本网站公开页面进行正常索引、缓存或在搜索结果中展示。

19. 禁止逆向工程

除适用法律明确允许外，您不得：

提取或探查提示词（Prompt）；

探查或推断模型结构；

绕过安全措施；

破解或规避许可验证机制。

20. API 使用限制

如小隐寺提供 API 或开发者接口，您不得实施以下行为：

超过适用的速率限制或调用限额；

共享 API 密钥；

转售 API 访问权限或 API 输出；

出租、转让或再许可 API 访问权限；

抓取、复制或镜像 API 输出；

利用 API 数据开发竞争性产品；

批量抓取或提取 API 数据；

利用 API 数据重建或镜像小隐寺数据库。

小隐寺有权随时立即撤销或限制 API 使用权限。

21. 版权维权

小隐寺有权主动监测其知识产权遭受未经授权使用或侵害的情况。

小隐寺有权通过技术措施、合同约定及法律手段调查涉嫌侵权行为。

包括但不限于：

提出著作权侵权投诉；

发送律师函；

提交《数字千年版权法》（DMCA）下架通知；

通知支付机构；

通知托管服务提供商；

通知搜索引擎；

申请禁令；

提起仲裁；

22. 证据保存

在适用法律允许的范围内，为调查违约或侵权行为并执行本协议，小隐寺有权保存和使用包括但不限于以下信息：

登录记录；

下载记录；

IP 地址；

设备信息；

浏览器信息；

支付记录；

操作日志；

截图；

系统日志；

其他与调查相关的技术信息。

23. 违反本协议后的处理与追责措施

如您违反本协议，小隐寺有权自行决定并在不事先通知的情况下：

暂停或永久停用您的账户；

撤销授予您的全部许可；

永久禁止您再次注册或访问服务；

移除或禁用您对已购买内容的访问权限；

拒绝退款；

要求删除侵权内容；

申请禁令或其他行为保全措施；

依法主张损害赔偿；

采取适用法律允许的其他救济措施。

本协议的任何内容均不限制小隐寺依法对违约用户追究民事、行政或刑事责任的权利。

24. 禁止公开披露课程内容

除非事先取得小隐寺的书面许可，您不得以任何形式公开披露、发布、转载、整理、总结、复制或传播课程或其他内容的实质性部分。

知识库；

模型上下文协议（MCP）相关内容；

检索增强生成（RAG）相关内容；

Notion；

Obsidian；

GitHub Wiki；

Wiki；

博客（Blog）；

电子通讯（Newsletter）；

以及任何足以替代课程核心价值的内容。

即使未直接复制课程原文，如相关内容足以使第三方在未购买合法访问权限的情况下获得课程的主要教育或商业价值，亦视为违反本协议。

25. 衍生作品

未经小隐寺事先书面许可，您不得基于小隐寺内容制作任何衍生作品。

包括但不限于：

改写版本；

翻译版本；

摘要或总结版本；

人工智能生成版本；

精简版本；

注释版本；

题库；

知识库；

上述衍生作品均不得公开发布、出售、传播或商业化。

26. 禁止竞争性使用

未经小隐寺事先书面许可，您不得利用本网站服务或任何内容开发、改进、训练、支持、评测、营销或运营与小隐寺存在竞争关系的产品或服务。

包括但不限于：

在线课程；

投资课程；

人工智能投资助手；

数据产品；

交易指标产品；

软件即服务（SaaS）产品；

API；

社区；

数据库；

金融研究产品。

27. 专有教学资料

部分课程或其他教育资料可能包含小隐寺专有的：

教学体系；

投资框架；

市场研究方法；

分析流程；

数据处理方法；

商业诀窍；

人工智能工作流程；

提示词（Prompt）；

内部知识体系及其他专有信息。

上述内容均属于小隐寺的重要商业资产和专有资料。

未经小隐寺事先书面许可，您不得公开披露、传播或将上述内容用于商业用途。

28. 禁止规避技术保护措施

用户不得以任何方式规避小隐寺采取的技术保护措施，包括但不限于：

会员访问权限控制；

地域限制；

浏览器或设备限制；

访问控制；

令牌（Token）验证；
